The broadcasters
B.J. HarrisB.J. Harris is the Owner/Operator of Spring Hill Sports Live. Entering his 18th year in broadcasting, B.J. is passionate about high school sports and promoting area student athletes. A 2005 graduate of Pittsburg State University, B.J. began his career working at the Pitt State channel CAPS 13 as well as local radio station 99.1 KSEK.
After graduation B.J. worked as the Sports Director of KADL 102.9 in Imperial, Nebraska, before moving back to Pittsburg. Working in every possible role, B.J. eventually served as the Operations Manager at KKOW before leaving full-time radio in 2011. B.J. had served as the voice of the Girard Trojans for 15 years and also spent 10 years as the sideline reporter and color analyst for Pittsburg State University football before moving to Spring Hill. Along with his wife Leslie, Harris also owns Harris Media Services, LLC, the parent company of Spring Hill Sports Live. B.J also has the opportunity to promote high school athletes in his full-time role as the Executive Director of the Kansas Shrine Bowl. B.J. and Leslie reside in Spring Hill, Kansas with their daughters Quorynn (11) and Shyloh (1). |
Brice KeslerBrice Kesler is a veteran sports broadcaster from Quinter, Kansas. Brice began his broadcasting career as a student at TCU in Fort Worth, Texas. At TCU, Brice earned accolades from the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association for his work as a member of the broadcast teams for TCU football, men's and women's basketball and baseball for both the TCU IMG Sports Network and the Mountain West Television Network.
Following graduation from TCU, Brice became the Sports Director for Rocking M Media in Goodland, Kansas where he served as the play-by-play voice for Northwest Kansas Tech and Goodland High School. Brice later moved to North Platte, Nebraska to become the Sports Director for Eagle Radio at ESPN 1410. At North Platte, Brice was the play-by-play voice for North Platte Community College and North Platte High School. Brice and his wife Whitney reside in Baldwin City, Kansas. |
